Specification Our policy of continuous improvement determines the right to change specification without notice. Saftey Instructions * The aluminium wheelchair ramp is designed for use as a stair aid only. * Wheelchair users should use only with a trained helper. * No weight exceeding 272Kg should be placed on the ramp. * The ramp should be kept closed when not in use. * Safety pins should be used at all times. * Keep fingers away from hinge mechanism at all times. * Ensure unit is stored safely when not in use. * Clean by wiping with a damp cloth and a non abrasive cleaner. Assembly Before using the aluminium wheelchair ramp, it is essential to have two 8mm drilled holes, in the surface which the ramp is to rest on, for the safety pins to go into. This will ensure the ramp does not slip off the surface when under load. Operation and Use * Place the ramp with the two lips with holes in at the top onto the steps. * Always use with a trained helper. * Use as a normal ramp. * After use, close the ramp and store in a safe, accessible place.
